Our first project with Cloudwerx was to understand and document our current processes and unlock the pain points our staff were facing within them. Having not used the service design methodology previously I had my trepidations about the effort vs potential reward. The process and working with Cloudwerx proved to be invaluable. At completion we had all of our processes documented, pain points identified with workable solutions, new processes designed and a foundation to implement our Salesforce instance.
